Designed for iconic Swiss jewellery house Chopard by Italian high-end sunglasses experts De Rigo Vision, the sunglasses are comprised of 60 grams of 24 carat gold and decorated with 51 full-cut 4 carat River diamonds.


A special technique was employed to set the diamonds so that the stones are set more closely together than with a classic pavé setting, creating a carpeted pattern described as emitting a distinctive light. To denote the brand Chopard, its popular ‘C’ logo is engraved on the frames of the glasses Anyone wishing to adorn themselves so elaborately will have to part with some $400,000.
