Procrastination is the main problem in today's world. People procrastinate due to numerous reasons; they don't like it, they are too lazy or they think they know it all. Well, this habit will no lead you to success because the main thing successful people do is get things done. SERIOUSLY. Get things done and don't procrastinate. If you do things the latest, then you can decide for the tomorrow and getting things done also provides you with satisfaction or even better results but many of us have the habit of Procrastinating. So, here are the 3 Ways you can cheer yourself to do something or stop procrastinating;

1.

PLAN WHAT YOU WANT TO DO

People procrastinate because they don't have the correct planning. On a blank sheet of paper, note several important activities you are delaying or have put on hold. Take five minutes to list out the things “you were going to do tomorrow or today.” Planning gives you the motivation to get things done. Planning includes what you need to do today or the latest for the total time being. You gotta pick the time to do it. If getting started is the hard part for you, set aside a designated time slot, at least 30 minutes, for work specifically on one job, project or personal goal that you’ve been “leaving until later.” Put the energy you’ve been directing toward excuses into the activity you’ve been avoiding. Action eliminates anxiety.

2.

ASK YOURSELF, WHAT’S THE WORST THING THAT COULD HAPPEN IF I DIDN'T DO THIS TODAY?

Do you fear the consequences associated with the action you’ve been avoiding? The worst-case scenario most likely would be a minor inconvenience or a temporary setback OR JUST SIMPLY think what would happen if you didn't do this task today. The fear of consequences also reduces procrastinating.

3.

IMAGINE HOW YOU’LL FEEL ONCE YOU DO WHATEVER IT IS YOU’VE BEEN POSTPONING

Freedom from anxiety. Freedom from nagging pressures. freedom from Tension. Freedom from self-doubt. Accomplishing put-off tasks will give you a great boost of confidence and energy. If you think what advantages you will get after doing that task, you will be self motivated strategically.

RECAP;

1. PLAN WHAT YOU WANT TO DO
2. ASK YOURSELF, WHAT’S THE WORST THING THAT COULD HAPPEN IF I DID THIS TODAY?
3. IMAGINE HOW YOU’LL FEEL ONCE YOU DO WHATEVER IT IS YOU’VE BEEN POSTPONING
